If a generated roast targets a minor, contains private information, makes a false factual claim, could be used for harassment, or should be removed for any reason — contact us.
Include in your email:
- —the roast URL (e.g. roaster.quest/r/xxxxxxxx)
- —the reason for the request
- —any relevant context that helps us review it
You can also click [ REPORT ] on any roast page or feed card to file a report directly. We review reports within 48 hours and may hide or remove content at our discretion.

For billing issues, duplicate charges, missing credits, or refund requests — email support@roaster.quest.
Please include:
- —the email used at checkout
- —approximate payment date
- —credit pack purchased
- —Stripe receipt or session ID if available (shown in Account → Credits)
Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment details.
