REFUND POLICY

ROASTER is operated by Trana, Inc.

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for ROASTER credits, tips, and other one-time digital purchases.

1. // DIGITAL CREDITS

ROASTER may sell one-time digital credits that can be used to generate additional roasts or access paid features. Credits are digital goods with no cash value. They cannot be transferred, resold, withdrawn, or redeemed outside ROASTER.

If you purchased credits by mistake, you may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email support@roaster.quest and include:

Used credits are generally not refundable. A credit is considered used once it has been spent to generate a roast or access a paid feature — even if you do not like the generated output.

ROASTER is an AI-generated satire product. Outputs may be inaccurate, exaggerated, absurd, offensive, unfunny, or wrong. Dissatisfaction with an AI-generated roast does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. // FAILED, DUPLICATE, OR INCORRECT CHARGES

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or did not receive purchased credits, contact support@roaster.quest. We will review the issue and may issue a refund, credit adjustment, or other correction at our discretion.

5. // TIPS

Tips are voluntary support payments. Tips do not grant credits unless explicitly stated at checkout. Tips are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine there was an error, duplicate charge, fraud, or other exceptional issue.

6. // ABUSE, FRAUD, AND TERMS VIOLATIONS

We may deny refunds or revoke credits if we believe a purchase, account, or usage pattern is connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, payment abuse, harassment, spam, attempts to bypass limits, or violations of our Terms of Use.

7. // LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
